G.H. 2.4
Hello my fellow bloggers! I hope all of your projects are going well. This week was actually a very big week for me. I've always loved chicken and beg my mom to cook it all the time, but no one else loves it as much as me, so this week I decided to learn how to make it myself!
I have tried to make chicken before by frying it, but it always ended up burnt. This time I decided to bake the chicken instead and it turned out super well. The first thing I did was cut the chicken in half so it didn't take too long to bake. Then I decided to put a generous amount of salt and pepper on the chicken and let it sit for a bit. After that I put it into the oven and let it cook at 350 degrees. I initially thought it would take 20 minutes, but it actually took 30 minutes.
This chicken turned out very well and I felt very accomplished after this week. I think I am going to cook chicken with some sort of sauce for my final three course meal. All in all I'm very pleased with my progress so far and will be learning how to make another dinner dish next week!
Thanks for taking the time to read my blog!
